Breakthrough of Valturska B
The Breakthrough of Valturska B project is part of our project for the construction of two buildings, right next to the newly constructed part of Valturska Street and the junction with Japodska Street in Šijana. These are five-story buildings, each of which will have 27 apartments, and its own parking lot, with the option of choosing an outdoor or indoor covered parking space. The buildings are located in a very good position, right next to the newly built road, just a few minutes’ walk from Kaufland and Plodin and about 15 minutes to the Pula City Mall shopping center. From the city center, they are separated by a 20-minute walk, and there are also several bus stops nearby, which provides an even better connection with the rest of the city.
