The Ližnjan Smiljevac project is one of our current projects in the Ližnjan area. It is a building that will house a total of 12 apartments, and the building is located in a very attractive position only 800 meters from the sea, which means that it is only a ten minute walk from the beach. Apart from the proximity of the sea, the location is very quiet, which is definitely a plus for families with children. The nearest shop is also about ten minutes away from the building, and to get to the city or to neighboring Medulin, there are relatively frequent bus lines. Almost all apartments on the upper floors have a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Liznjan.
