Stanoinvest projects
With many years of experience in real estate brokerage, Stanoinvest is also very active in building construction in the City of Pula and the surrounding tourist sites.
The motives and goals are multifaceted, but we highlight the most important ones. The basic idea is to meet the different needs of buyers, from resolving affordable and high-quality housing, to building luxury vacation and rental properties, all in different locations of the City and the surrounding area, including the center, new residential quarters in the wider center of Pula, as well as the surrounding tourist resorts by the sea and beaches … This also leads to another great motto of Stanoinvest, namely the more beautiful and recent view of Pula, as well as the infrastructure and improved parts of the City and its surroundings.
