The Villa Park 3 project is another of our projects in Valdebek, and it is about the construction of a smaller settlement of fifteen buildings, located near our project “Valdebek – Modrušanov Prilaz”, and our project “Valdebek Villa Park 4”. The village is located in a quiet, great position, and close to two pizzerias, two markets and a bus station that takes you a ten minute drive to the center of Pula. Buildings 16 and 17 are one of the first buildings in this future settlement, as well as others that have begun construction, and they are smaller buildings with only a few apartments, which is ideal for those who like a smaller number of neighbors.
