Project Valdebek Ville Park 4 – Buildings 1 and 11

The Valdebek Ville Park 4 project is another in a series of our projects on Valdebek, and it is about the construction of a residential area of about twenty buildings, located near our projects “Valdebek – Modrušanov Prilaz” and “Valdebek Ville Park 3”. The resort will be located in a quiet, great location near two pizzerias, while there are 2 markets and a bus stop that connects Valdebek with Pula a little further away, but still only a ten minute walk. Buildings 1 and 11 are the first buildings of this future settlement, and they are smaller buildings, with only a few residential units, which is ideal for those who like a smaller number of neighbors.
