The Štinjan A and B project
The Štinjan A and B project is another one of our new projects in Štinjan, and it involves the construction of 2 less modern buildings, joined into one block. The buildings are located in a quiet, beautiful location, in Kozada Street, near greenery and forest. In addition to the proximity of greenery and forest, the buildings are only seven hundred meters away from the sea and beaches, and the buildings offer a view of the sea. Each building will have only a few apartments, which is an advantage for those who do not like a large number of neighbors. The center of Štinjan and the shops are only ten minutes’ walk away, while the city center is also relatively easily accessible, given that there is a bus line that runs regularly to Pula and back.
