Medulin Zerman project
The Medulin Zerman project is our latest project in Medulin, and 3 smaller buildings are being built that will be merged into one block. The buildings are located near the school, not far from our previous project Medulin Plodine and only 70 meters from our project Medulin Livadice. Each of the buildings has only a few apartments, which is great for those who like a smaller number of neighbors. Another special feature are the apartments on the ground floor, each of which will have its own garden. Apart from the proximity of the primary school and kindergarten, the building is close to several larger shops (Plodine and Lidl), and a ten-minute walk from the Medulin Riva.
