City Mall B
The City Mall B project began construction on 07/2019. This is the first building to be built right next to the Pula City Mall Shopping Center, and thus started a larger investment than a total of two identical buildings in the immediate vicinity of this popular shopping center. It is a building with a total of 60 apartments, mostly smaller in size from 42-50 m2 (one separate bedroom), and another 8 two-bedroom apartments of west and southwest orientation of 55 m2. The building will also have one small office space on the ground floor, and at the request of the buyer can choose externally uncovered or indoor covered parking space, ceramics and laminate. Of particular note are the 3 entrances to the building, the elevator, the comfortable main corridors within the building, the illuminated inner staircase of the building with a natural light source, and the modern shape of the building with a flat roof.
